As a new broker owner, John Burgess of Realty Executives Premier in Burtonsville, MD wasn’t recruiting new Executives, and says he didn’t have the knowledge, systems or accountability he needed to succeed.

Before she started coaching with Rich Rudnick, Julie Kozacek says she was burned out on real estate. Although she’s been in the business for years, Julie says, “I believed the reports and the media that this was a bad market and there was nothing I could do about it.”
