
Expert sales consulting services are available in either a live-on-site or phone/teleconference format, whichever best suits your needs and budget.
First we'll have you complete our own comprehensive self analysis form. Then you'll take a DISC behavior assessment. Up to four assessments will be available for an on-site visit. Additional assessments available for extra cost.
Full Day On-site
We'll visit your site in person and observe your operations and sales process. Then we'll provide a team-building exercise and assessment debriefing for additional team members who take assessments. Recommendations will be made based on your needs, and solution alternatives will be provided. Strategic planning for implementing action plans will be included in a written report. Upon request a Strategic Plan can be developed in any or all of the following areas:
- Increase Sales
- Sales Develoment
- Sales Strategy
- Sales Training Management
- Business Training Management

And... we'll waive the first payment of coaching if you enroll in our coaching program.
Phone/Teleconference
We'll review your Client Analysis form and DISC assessment to make recommendations for improving sales, systems etc. Individual(s) who take DISC Assessment will receive a debriefing.
