He is driven by a core motivation to see people actualize their propensity and to fully realize the "Big Picture" in business and life.
Justin has been married for five years to his beautiful wife Mandy and is the proud father of his daughter Adaiah (2 yrs) and son Eli (1 yr). In his down time you will find him doing anything competitive from sports to board games.
